Ok, change of hours at work means more time for me. I've been hard at it and have decided to do some jobs on the Harley. I wanted to strip it down fully but as things with the house are still on going I've decided just to get some of the jobs done that I've collected parts for over the past few months. Rear wheel, bars, risers, hydraulic clutch conversion using new slave cylinder and V Rod master cylinders and a few other bits and bobs.

How it was when I got it, you just can't see the rust.

                                                        Hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.

Test fit of the new bars. 16" Burly bars.

Tank off and ready for surgery.

                                                       Looking scruffy with rust pipes.

Rust old wheel out.

Sexy new Harley Deuce wheel in.

Goodridge brake hoses.

Pro One hydraulic clutch fitted.

Wiring through the bars, nice and neat.

Back on it's wheels for a pose outside.

Nice arse!

Turned around and front end coming out.

Front end out ready for forks to be sent off for a new coat of hard chrome, the one's in a pitted to death.
